MINGHAO is architecturally designed so that your voice data never leaves your device. Specifically:

Audio Data: All speech recognition and translation happens locally on your GPU. We do not receive, transmit, store, or process your audio recordings. Your microphone input goes directly to your local AI model — never to our servers.

Content Data: The text of your conversations, meeting transcripts, and translations are processed entirely on your machine. We have zero access to this content.

Personal Documents: Any files you upload for translation or processing remain on your local device. We cannot see them.

To provide and improve our service, we collect minimal account information:

Account Data: Email address, name (optional), and password hash when you create an account. This is necessary to provide you access to MINGHAO.

Usage Data: Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics such as feature usage frequency, software version, and crash reports. This does not include any content of your translations.

Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

Website Data: Standard web analytics (page views, browser type) via privacy-focused analytics. No personal identification.

The limited information we collect is used solely for:

• Providing and maintaining the MINGHAO service
• Processing your subscription and payments
• Sending service-related communications (receipts, updates)
• Improving MINGHAO based on anonymous usage patterns
• Responding to your support requests
• Complying with legal obligations

We never sell your personal data. We never use your data for advertising.

Account data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3, AES-256 encryption, and regular security audits.

Your voice data and translation content are processed locally and never stored on our servers. This is not a setting you toggle — it is inherent to MINGHAO\'s BYOG (Bring Your Own GPU) architecture.

MINGHAO integrates with third-party services only when explicitly configured by you:

• GPU Cloud Providers: If you choose to use cloud GPU services (Google Cloud, AWS, RunPod, etc.) instead of local GPU, your data is processed on those platforms under their respective privacy policies. MINGHAO does not intermediate this data.

• Open-Source AI Models: The AI models you use (Whisper, SeamlessM4T, etc.) run locally on your machine. They do not transmit data externally.

• Payment Processor: Stripe processes payments.

Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to:

• Access your account data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent at any time

Since MINGHAO does not collect your voice data, there is no voice data to access, delete, or export from us — it has always been on your machine.

MINGHAO is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.
