Terms of Service

MINGHAO is a decentralized AI simultaneous interpretation platform. Key characteristics:

• Software Only: MINGHAO provides the software interface and orchestration layer. We do not provide GPU computing power, cloud servers for audio processing, or AI model hosting.

• User-Provided Compute: You are responsible for providing the hardware (GPU) or third-party cloud GPU service that runs the AI models.

• User-Provided Models: You choose which open-source AI models to use. MINGHAO is model-agnostic and does not endorse or warrant any specific model\'s accuracy.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
• Refunds: Day Pass purchases are non-refundable. Monthly/annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days if unused.
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

You agree NOT to use MINGHAO to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the MINGHAO software (except as permitted by open-source licenses)
• Use MINGHAO for surveillance or unauthorized monitoring
• Resell or redistribute MINGHAO without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• MINGHAO Software: The MINGHAO application, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of SayHiGlobal. All rights reserved.

• Your Content: You retain all rights to your audio, translations, glossaries, and any content you process through MINGHAO.

• Your Glossary: The terminology databases you create are your intellectual property. Export, transfer, or delete them at any time.

MINGHAO may link to or integrate with third-party services (GPU cloud providers, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Use them at your own risk.

MINGHAO is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI translations will be 100% accurate. AI interpretation is an emerging technology. Always verify critical translations with a qualified human translator.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayHiGlobal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using MINGHAO and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Your data (glossaries, settings) can be exported before account deletion.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. For EU users: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection laws.

Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
